This is Netspec software, you can purchase for just $600. We are responsible for necessary customization and installation of software in your shops.
Main features of this software:
1) easy navigation. In order pages, order step menus are always stayed on the top, rich and dynamic status message are displayed intelligently.
2) sync local clients info with web site clients info, so the shop owner is able to send newsletters with just one click.
3) flexible stock quantity management. Colour and size of products are optionally assigned with quantity.
4) separating administration interfaces with front-end pages that are focused on service and products order functions.
5) easy software upgrade, the shop owner can just perform one click if the software developer has a new upgrade. The new version will be automatically downloaded from Netspec software center.
6) batch sending newsletter to clients. It is easy to create newsletter templates and compose new content, and is able to send articles from blog section of its web site.
7) run in Windows and Mac systems, especially good for the popular Macbook.
Optional functions:
1) integrated with remote database center if the shops are distributed in multiple physical locations. The service and product info can be shared with all shops. The shops have their own stock management.
2) integrated with online shopping web sites, the physical shops and online shops have the same product categories, products attributes, and client information. They can be synchronized in schedule.
3) batch sending faxes to clients. One click to send a fax to all clients who have fax records in the data center.

For my experience, we may need extra charge, from $500 to $20,000.
I have ever involved in similar project, which we charge $more than $30,000.
We sell the software for $600, basically it just plug and play.
