I would like to discuss about new trends for website design. Apparently, there are some new elements of web design for a few years, including:

1) div and css
2) ajax
3) jquery

The languages are not important i think, any active page language, e.g., JSP, ASP.NET, and PHP can or must use these elements to build a professional web site. If uses tend to give up ASP.NET, and ASP.NET will disappear someday later, but div CSS will still live.

it is easy for experienced designer i think.
There is no good tool for div and css.

CSS is powerful, so for example, it is to make a dynamic buttons. We have to use javascript to create a dynamic button when the CSS is not widespread.

it is easy to create table based page, now it is totally different, i don't trust its ablility to create a clean div and ccs page, so i always write HTML code from scratch. It is worthwhile anyway, the quality of page is much better than table based.
