I have donlownded, and tested. It works both for IE and Firefox.
One thins need to be reminded is that it works different in two broswer.

In firefox, you must put form tag immediately after body tag, otherwise you cannot catch the value of textarea!

this could be for most of cases since the textarea often is part of interface.
