hr color problem in Firefox

# 1 hr color problem in Firefox

<hr style="height:0px;border-top:#FF9900 1px solid">

The line color is ok in IE, but got problem in Firefox. I have tried Still got the problem, so i no longer use hr. May only use div:

style="height:0px;border-top:#FF9900 1px solid"
