For business name, you may need to go to fair trade office to register.

Min requirement is you got a business name and its certificate.
You cannot open a bank business account if you only have a business number.
The bank business name will have an unique account name identical to the business name, e.g., ozstock, so you don't need to use personal name as account name, this will make your business more professional.
but it is hard to survive from highly competition in developed country.
Anyway, it is great that we have chancec to get entries to university, get jobs, and get start our own businesses.
