I just recogised that on the bottom of interface, there is a tab called "Failed transfers". If i see some numbers in this tab, means there are some files are failed to transfer, so we can right click the mouse to reset to the transfering queue, then send again.

This is very important for transfering Joomla files, joomla 1.5 15 has 17M files, if we failed to transfer some files, the system may not work properly, and it is hard to debug.

I also found that failed transfer occur if you move a file from a folder during file transfering. This means the file was moved from scheduled queue, so filezilla is not able to find it. In this case you may need to ingore the fails or remove the failed trasfer from the "Failed transfers" tab

It is better to transfer compressed files, then decompress in server if you have the access right to the server with SSH.
