My company's port 80 for web server, and 24 for ftp server are blocked. We can connect internally. Can anyone tell me possible reasons?

You can type netstat -a command if it is window system to check the ports of localhost that are being used.

It is said some trojan or malware can block port 80, even skype has optional for using 80 as connection port.
