Service delivery to you

 Web site design:

• Original initial design concept (layout, graphics, navigation structure) of the Website, a picture in JPEG or GIF format
• Custom graphics developed exclusively for you (except for the logo)
• Final HTML realization of your Website
• Special menu, if ordered
• Testing and optimization for the Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and optionally (if ordered) for other browsers
• Uploading of your Website to the hosting server
• Turnaround Time

Project process

The time for creation of your initial design concept - plus additional time needed for implementation of your approved design into interfaces will make up the total time to complete your project (up to 15 calendar days).

In case you have very special requirements,  to complete your project is 30-60 calendar days. The exact period can be found in the specification for your project.

The number of alterations you desire - plus additional time needed for implementation of your approved design - will make up the total time to complete your project. Each alteration usually requires up to 48 hours in the Normal case - and up to 24 hours in Urgent cases - after we receive your input to our project inquiries.

Communication

All communication about - and delivery of - completed work will be conducted by e-mail. You agree to confirm receipt of all e-mails from us by sending our company a "receipt" e-mail. This ensures that there is a virtual "paper trail" documenting our communications throughout the process. The completed work will be delivered to you via e-mail.

Payments

We accept payments by:
Bank deposit
Cheque
Paypal

Normally, 20% must be paid after one day of implementation, 30% is paid at middle stage,  final 50% is paid after all jobs are complete.

Additional charge

In some cases we may issue an additional quote after receiving payment, for example,  you request other custom features which are not part of the stated project requirements. You'll be advised if this is relevant to your project, and then have the option of accepting or rejecting this additional expense.

Copyright

Final products developed by Netspec are the sole property of the Customer once payment has been made in full. However, we have the right to place products developed on the portfolio section of our website.

No Liability

In no event Netspec will be liable for suitability, merchantability, or usability of products and services developed and delivered, especially for the third party software installed by Netspec including Joomla CMS and its extensions, Wordpress Blog and its extensions. Netspec is not liable for upgrade of these software to new version with new functionality and securities. Upgrading is regarded as a new service.

Web hosting downtime may happen 1%  at whole year. Netspec accepts customers to close the web hosting service anytime if they are not satisfied, but is not responsible for a loss caused by the downtime.

Miscellaneous

The Customer agrees to limit the liability of Netspec to the amount paid for service. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the Australia.
